Payment Reminder

Dear Friend,

How exciting to be preparing for our flight to the “land of the Bible” for the Prophecy Study Tour. This letter also serves as a reminder that, if you have not already sent it, we need to receive your payment in full by August 4, 2010.

Remember, If you have registered for the Israel only tour, your final payment will be $3,255.00 per person; and if you have registered for the Petra extension as well, your final payment will be $4,735.00. The final payment can be made by personal check, cashier's check or money order. Should you have further questions, please call my cell phone at (423) 208-0934. In the next letter I will be including contact numbers for you while you are in Israel. I will also include contact numbers for Eilat for those of you taking the Petra extension.

You may be interested to have these locations available to those who may need to be in contact with you while you are in the land, so be looking for that information in the next letter.

To answer a few more questions that are often asked ... It would be good to have a neck purse if you are concerned about theft of your personal items that you should carry at all times; secondly there are laundry services available at the hotels but they are expensive. You may be more interested in making provision for washing out items yourself in your room. Thirdly, people ask, “What about money?” It would be a good idea to bring some cash - in small bills. NO travelers checks or pre-paid credit cards. Also, most locations will take Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well. Some take American Express.
